If you want to participate in the exhibition in the future, you must bring some long-sleeved clothes. Maybe the air conditioner is so low because of too many people. Considering the air circulation and the need to Wear formal attire, and formal attire is generally more long-sleeved trousers.

The second problem is that we didn’t stick the brochure and the name card together in advance, some customer want some samples of dehydrated garlic flake,some want garlic granules samples,and some want different garlic powder samples.so that if we stick on the spot, sometimes it will be busy if several guests come at the same time, unless there are many colleagues who are going to participate in the exhibition.

Another thing is that there are not enough samples in the small package. Some customers come and want to take some samples away. We need to temporarily distribute the samples to the customers. In addition, the sample bags are not labeled in advance, and the labels are not labeled, so that we pack the samples on site, uncover the labels and stick them on, and then write the name of the product on the labels. If we are alone, it will be a bit hectic.

In fact, there are some merits in the pre-show preparations. For example, I brought enough business cards, brochures, and printed cloth bags to help the guests. Can come in handy. For the first time printing, some products are not clearly printed, which should be paid attention to in the future.

Another saving grace is that I brought enough spare sample bags and sample labels. Sure enough, some customers asked for samples. Although the number of samples cannot be given too much, it is much more convenient and timely than usual mailing.
