Dehydrated chopped garlic is made from garlic flakes, before chop garlic, garlic flakes will go through magnet, color sorter, flow away garlic hull, and before packing chopped garlic, chopped garlic granules will go through color sorter again, magnet and heavy metal detector, the parameter for heavy metal detector is stainless steel 1.2mm, ferrous is 0.8mm, non-ferrous is 1.0mm.
