There are two main ways to export the dehydrated garlic slices with roots. One is directly like the root-removed garlic slices, which are packaged and exported after being sorted by a color sorter and manually.

Another way is to process dehydrated garlic slices into dehydrated garlic granules and dehydrated garlic powder of different specifications according to the different needs of different customers.

For garlic granules of 5-8 mesh and 8-16 mesh, after production, they must be selected by a color sorter, manually selected, passed through metal detection, and sieved before packaging. There are two types of dehydrated garlic powder. One is coarsely ground dehydrated garlic powder, which is the garlic powder that comes directly from the production of 40-80 mesh garlic granulated. This color is slightly yellow, because the color of the garlic slices itself is somewhat yellow, but it is not easy to add defective products,so,that is the best garlic powder.

The other is 100-120 mesh dehydrated garlic powder. Since the powder is relatively fine, it is easy to add some defective products, such as garlic skins and scarred garlic slices.
